[@OKau] funding for events?

Yep. OKAU is on the way to being a chapter as a legal entity. It is already
a legal entity but we haven't pushed the status with okau central as yet.

Melbourne is essentially a sub group geographically speaking.

I'll make a note to recheck all this and update the central website ahead
of the next board meeting.
