[@OKau] OpenSpending tech hangout tonight

Sorry for the late notice folks but there is an OpenSpending tech hangout
happening tonight at 1pm London time (10pm AEST). The agenda includes an
update on OpenSpending Next with discussion of technical things in relation
to aggregating and visualizing open fiscal data.
