[okfn-be] Apps For Bruges

Hi everyone,

NextAtBruges on twitter showed interest in organising Apps For Bruges. I
just finished a phone conversation with Koen Van Loo. He has contacts
within the government of Bruges and is willing to do some evangelising work.

Is someone else within OKFN interested in co-organising this?
