[okfn-be] Apps For Bruges

Hi all,
myself and Marc Portier were already talking about the track to host an Apps For Bruges (or "Apps by the Sea", as we call it :) - maybe including Oostende, etc..
We're also a member of NextAtBruges, and I think they could be a facilitator, but we need more power & people to work on collecting data sources.
Any feedback is much appreciated.
