[okfn-be] Identifying unresolved issues Apps For X

Hi all,

We are planning on organising Open Data Days Belgium or Apps For Belgium 
or whatever it's going to be called. I want to grasp that opportunity to 
identify some unresolved issues still with Open Data in Belgium. What is 
lacking from a community point of view in order to have a good open data 
policy in Belgium?
