Thanks you very much for the information. I am interested although I cannot
participate.

I am the organizer of the 14th Rencontres mondiales du logiciel et de la
culture libre / Libre software meeting that will take place in Brussels at
ULB and in the European Parliament from July 6 till 11, 2013, a large,
multilingual (at least French, English and Dutch) meeting, more than 1000
participants daily and more than 300 talks and workshops. See
http://rmll.info for 13th edition in Geneva, and http://rmll.be for the
project in Brussels.

We would like, with RMLL in Brussels, to strenghten the tights between the
Belgian and European communities supporting open access and freely
distributable information.
