[okfn-be] Open Data Census updates

Hi everybody,

As Pieter is looking for some information, here is my input based on my
personal initiatives (Crowd4Change and Common Sense City)

*First, let's talk "crowd sourced"* datasets ! So, if we mean datasets
created and maintained by citizens or non-private bodies (not public
authorities), I can see two potential candidates:

1) *Noisetube* project (collection of pollution data, made available via
API) : http://www.noisetube.net/api_overview, Elise (from the Vlaamse
Universiteit of Brussels) is verantwordeljk voor het beheer. Data here :
http://www.noisetube.net/users
 2) *Droit de regard* : http://www.droitderegard.be/doku.php/fr:start , a
website where citizens are uploading "Official Local Councils agenda and
news", plus some comments when people attended the Local Council Official
Meeting (not always an easy thing to do). Patrick Installé is managing the
website and trying to build some API. This is in line with some
OpenDemocracy initiatives.

For public authorities, as initiator and co-manager of the next *Hackathon
eGov Wallonia*, I am preparing datasets from Walloon authorities, here is
the website for the initiative: http://hackathonegovwallonia.net/ and the
website that will host the datasets : http://opendata.awt.be/ (today 1
dataset, I need to put about another 30 datasets on it). AWT is a public
body, they will be responsible for the management. I am not part of AWT

Mind that I am very busy until 19th of June, so not much time to review
stuff.
