[okfn-be] Idea for Open Belgium 2015 - data portal for Namur

Hi Pieter,

First people coming to my mind are some of the organizers of the KIKK
conference (yearly digital creative conf in Namur), who probably have
pointers. I'll  try to reach some of them.
Also, the Café Numérique Namur group (www.cafenumerique.org/namur).
