[okfn-be] license / permits vocabulary and API

Hi,



just wondering if there is a vocabulary and/or API for licenses / permits / labels / etc ?

Typically, a permit / license / label... is granted by some organisation to a person / organisation or product,
for a specific duration (start / end date), and may include some additional information (level / stars / types / permit ID)

E.g. driver's license for a person, liquor license for a bar, IT-certificates (CCNA / MSCE...), official sponsors/suppliers,
quality labels for hotels..
