[okfn-be] Need a NL to FR translation

Hi sorry about this.

I would normally gladly help with this, but I'm already busy with wikimedia
translations at the moment.
Sorry but I don't want to spend all my free time on this...

If it's not done the 16th of July. I will take a look.
