Since the draft will be re-consolidated on the 21st I urge you to put in
individual comments to the official Net Mundial at least with the following:

1. Praise human rights framing and then add any addition (or raise concerns
about adding IP. If added then need fair use/A2K).

2. Praise MS process for everything

3. Preserve/make explicit NN/nondiscrimination principles

I say do it individually since they will  count entries
