[Okfn-ca] Open Education in Canada

Further to this discussion, I realize this group is more about base data and not publishing textbooks and I posted here more as a FYI and in the hope some folks might join up with OSTC.

However, that said, I think it is true that the general public is completely oblivious to the issue and the importance of Open government data systems.

I wonder about doing up a course module on the issue which teachers could use in Civics classes?

There is a lot of good material on the OKFN website, but it is addressed a bit past high schools.
