Hi All,

This is just a gentle reminder that the 3rd International Open Data
Conference <http://opendatacon.org/> happening this May in Ottawa and
*tomorrow
is the last day* to apply for financial aid! Open Knowledge is pitching in
to put on an unconference <http://opendatacon.org/unconference/> two days
prior to the main event as well so do check that out too!
