Hi everybody,

The Europeana Creative project has just launched its first challenge and invites creatives, developers, publishers, designers and lots more people to join in. For more info see below

Do you have experience in app development, e-book publishing, game or website design? Are you interested in Natural History or History Education? Europeana and Europeana Creative are looking for talented professionals like you. If you have a brilliant idea on how to re-use Europeana content on these themes, enter the first EuropeanaCreative Challenge on http://ecreativeeducation2014.istart.org<http://ecreativeeducation2014.istart.org/> till 31 March 2014.

This competition will gather the top applications and bring their authors together to pitch their ideas to an investor audience. At the end, the best idea will be awarded a hands-on Incubation Support Package which will include consultations with experts on a wide range of subjects, such as financial management, business models, intellectual property management; access to specialised testing environments; facilitation of access to investments and business partnerships and marketing and promotion support as required to bring the winning product successfully to the market.
