> Our dedicated volunteer developer and active Wikipedian, Emmanuel Engelhart has been investing many hours into the development, implementation, and continuous update of various offline projects related to Wikipedia, such as Kiwix <https://www.wikimedia.ch/wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm/extern/url.php?u=2408&qid=24178>. In light of the magnitude and impact of the offline projects and in order to ensure that they can be further developed, tailored and used to their fullest potential with interested partners and stakeholders across the world, support by means of an effective project manager becomes more than necessary.

> Ensure and support knowledge management and knowledge transfer
> Ensure and maintain the quality of the existing projects through adequate updates and resource management
> Draft a sourcing strategy and 3-years plan for required hard- and software development
> Include the development of new quantitative and qualitative metrics to align with WMF requirements
> Manage maintenance tasks and deliverables across platforms
> Set up relevant KPI and deliver quarterly reports
> Required Profile:
> 
> Familiarity with mediawiki software, php and app development
> Self-starter, able to perform hands-on development and maintenance tasks and to visiualise and draft plans/strategies at the same time
> Excellent programme/project management skills with an eye for details
> Excellent time management skills and able to deliver on deadlines
> Languages: English or French.
