[OKFN-CH] Analyse open data & send vaccines to where they’re needed most

Hi everyone,

Deloitte is a long-time member of the association Opendata.ch and organises a Hackthon on April 7 & 8 which aims at students and attempts to make the world a better place:

As a participant, you get the chance to support the world’s biggest effort to vaccinate children: Imagine yourself as an analytics consultant working for a Swiss NGO. You and your team will be asked to extract insights from a data set covering vaccinations all over the world. Navigate your way through messy data, build predictive models, and wow with fancy visualisations. Finally, present your team’s results. Your recommendations will help the NGO send vaccines to where they’re needed most – and will ultimately save lives.

Please note: The deadline to apply for participation is on March 30 (this Thursday!).
