[okfn-discuss] dev.okfn.org: OKF development server

I've now set up a dev.okfn.org subdomain pointing at a different server 
to the main production one (lt1.okfn.org). The machine used is just a 
personal (domestic) one which happens to have a fixed IP but it can be 
used for hosting testing sites, personal sandboxes etc (just nothing too 
bandwidth heavy).

If anyone wants a login on the mach please let me know.
