Hi Rufus
Yes, sure we would welcome you blogging about our Data Report.
We were very interested to see your blog on Data Licensing, as it is an
issue which we have been looking at very closely over the last few months.
I have asked our researchers, Kylie and Anthony, to make some
contributions to your blog - which they may have time to do later this
week. In particular, they should be able to add some good material on
the Australian legal position.
A lot of the legal questions that arise are addressed in our report -
most particularly, in relation to the Australian position, although we
also touch on the UK and US law too.
It is good to know of someone else working in this area.
Regards
Anne
