[okfn-discuss] possible OKD conformant licence: The MirOS Licence

Hello all.

I just joined a few days ago, and have been trying to catch up reading
through the web pages and the mail archives.

I have seen some discussion about the GNU GPL and the GNU AGPL, but
didn't realize they failed to meet the OKD requirements (they are not
included in the list) until now.

Is it because they are worded specifically toward software, or are
there other reasons these licenses are not making the list?
