Recently stumbled across this PDF of various scanned
requests/agreements about sharing environmental data, which I thought
might be interesting (and amusing) to some people here:

Highlights the transaction costs involved in sharing data on a case by
case basis!

Would be great to go through datasets in climate data group to
establish whether creators would consider using an open license!
