[okfn-discuss] French translation

Hello list members,

It looks that the Open Knowledge Definition is not yet translated in french.
I would be delighted to do it for you (and for free of course) as a
supporter of this idea.
I am quite used to perform such translations from english to french in the
context of my rr0.org, GFDL <http://rr0.org/GFDL.html> website.
