[okfn-discuss] MP expenses plans withdrawn..

For any of you who have been following the proposals to exclude MPs'
expenses from FOI legislation [1] - news is just out that these plans
have now been withdrawn:

Hence 1.2 million receipts from the past 3 year will be published at
some point in the (hopefully) not too distant future.
