Great Sören. I've also done a bit of reworking. One question here is
whether we want to have distinct "research" and "general" (probably
need a better name) tracks or whether we want to do everything as a
research track.

Traditionally quite a few of the participants aren't from academia and
may have interesting stuff to present but may not want to give "a
paper". We'd still want them to submit a proposal but I guess it might
be a little more low-key than that for the research track (with its
mention of abstracts and camera-ready versions ...)

I think we should be looking for around the 17th of April or later --
unless we want to go before Easter (e.g. mid-March).
