[okfn-discuss] The 'open' in Linked Open Data

Recently saw this piece on Read Write Web about the meaning of the
term "open data" in relation to Linked Open Data:

Would be interesting to write a blog response -- alluding to the OKD
(opendefinition.org) etc.
