[okfn-discuss] New open-literature mailing list plus open shakespeare updates

A new "open-literature" mailing list has just been created:

It's for discussion of efforts on open shakespeare [1], open milton
[2] and "open literature" in general. All welcome!

Open shakespeare and related efforts has been pretty active recently
-- see <http://www.openshakespeare.org/news/> and we have another
meetup this saturday -- see the
