[okfn-discuss] OKFN Calendar - extracting recurring events to separate cal?

Yeah - I think Meetup is at its best when it's used for *recurring*
meetup/local events, actually, because it allows participants to rate
events and network around them between meetups on the site.
I'd say Eventbrite is better for larger conference-style events (such as
OGDcamp, etc).
Putting the two together on an event list/calendar on the OKF site would be
amazing!
