Hi Rufus

I read your post concerning "Open Data: a means to an end, not an end in, itself".  And thought I'd suggest something along the lines that... information when combined with communication leads to education and all 3 are required for a thriving democracy and social evolution.

Hope this isn't off the subject and helps advance your efforts.
