Sorry I am a bit out of context since I just joined to put this into the

I throw it in because I know you guys are big on open data and when I 
saw it I thought I should send it on since it has interesting 
applications and implications for open data modeling.

Probably its already widely known and discussed here so apologies if I 
just sound like a rather late echo :)
