A big +1 to Becky and David's suggestions of "Us Now" - really great film
re: community-sourced collaborative projects.

Also, "Rip It: A Remix Manifesto"[1] is at least tangentially related
(focused on copyright laws around mashup medias, and existing public
campaigns for the open redistribution of cultural archives) and is
available online for free. In a similar vein, "Steal This Film" is a (quite
biased, yet still interesting) discussion about the "battles between old
and new forms of distribution" and re-use, especially in the case of the
Pirate Bay [2].

Lastly, a shorter film making a case for "Open Data in Transit" by some
folks from OpenPlans in the US [3].
