First of all, big thanks for all the feedback!
I'm still searching open data documentaries, but below is a summarized list
of the content I've found (films I was suggested here, films I was
suggested by others, and films I already knew about) so far:

*** Intellectual Property ***
*******************************
Documentaries (I actually arrived at Open Data via investigating the
Intellectual Property topic, so I had this list already):
- Good Copy Bad Copy (http://www.goodcopybadcopy.net/)
- Steal This Film 1 & 2 (http://www.stealthisfilm.com)
- Rip It: A Remix Manifesto (http://ripremix.com/)
***********************************
*** Open Data (and related) ***
