[okfn-discuss] The Open Data Census - Tracking the State of Open Data Around the World

This is great!  

In OKFN Spain we were planning to evaluate the public sources of air quality information in spanish cities and regions, so I am glad to see there is already a category for that purpose. It will be great to use the Open Data Census to gather this information!
