[okfn-discuss] Any OKFNer in China?

Hi,

I talked to a Chinese boy about OKFN that I met after him sending me
the translation of this <openaccessmanifesto.org> and he is excited
with OKFN work.

Is there someone in China I can put him in touch? Now it will be
really useful the ambassador page in such case, but asking before of
there is someone for me network him. Please, drop me an e-mail if so.
