Great idea for a project. There's also

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libre
and
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gratis_versus_libre

Also, consider related concepts like:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_copyright_license (a broad category
that encompasses all FLO licences)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyleft (a type of FLO)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharealike (a term in public copyright
licences)

And don't forget the Categories (Category:Free software etc.)

You know how there are info boxes for certain subjects (Anarchism,
Presidents of the US, etc.). Would FLO be a good candidate for an info-box?
That would hopefully discourage redundancy by showing where everything fits
in.
