I think an infobox isn't a bad idea, but I admit I have no idea what
the top-level concept is - "free and open information"?

[Also, this is where I admit that, despite being a Wikimedia employee,
we've passed beyond my level of understanding around the intricacies
of big rewrites like this, so everyone should take what I say with a
grain of salt :)
