[okfn-discuss] DataMarket latest: bringing (pretty) big data to campus

Are these free, open, data? I couldn't really tell from the posting, but it looks like someone (the university?) will have to pay for this.

On the other hand, there are tons of free data sets on the web, not the least of which are
