[okfn-discuss] DataMarket latest: bringing (pretty) big data to campus

I am sure they are not free or Open. I think this is alerting us to the
problem of data supply to Universities becoming commoditised and
controlled.It is a serious problem. many universities would rather licence
in their own data (including theses) than produce it as Open output.
