[okfn-discuss] Translating into Arabic

It does look like there are some costs associated there though; I wonder if
any open source approaches exist aside from the one I initially posted.
 Also, if built in a DIY way, maybe http://crowdcrafting.org could be used
for this purpose.

If due diligence shows no open tools, then there we go.  But it seems like
a task whose importance is bound to grow, so worth laying some mindful
groundwork.
