[okfn-discuss] White House Initiative - Open Data Policy

Open Notice is a call for all policy notices and even mandatory physical signs (like a CCTV sign) to have a representation digitally that can be linked. This layer of open data is missing and mandated by law to be open.

The biggest pain point at the moment for use and control of open data is around the in-accessibility of consent based notices, but this is but one type of a notice that should be open.

Personally, I am also thinking of all the signs and building policies, or mandatory safety and security processes (small data) that have yet to be liberated and made useful.

What seems to be missing is a simple common structure and standard format for linking notices and signs together. Does anyone know of any work in this area?
