Hi all.
Does anyone here know any example of open database similar to the one
released by the Italian Constitutional Court? (

).
I mean not only open as "available for free" but also open as "with a
complete dataset in a open format" (the Italian Constitutional Court
released al its dataset in XML with metadata).
