I've been working on https://github.com/rgrp/court-decisions-gb. CSV of
decisions at
https://github.com/rgrp/court-decisions-gb/blob/master/data/decisions.csv.
Scrape of actual text is in progress.
There's also http://judgmental.org.uk/ but I can't tell how to get raw data
in bulk (I originally tried contacting them for their existing scrape but
had trouble getting in touch).
