[okfn-discuss] protocols of open data, business models

The MyData/personal-data/privacy working group is likely to be working on
some principles for what to do when personal information intersects with
open data in the coming months too. That will apply to research data,
government data, and corporate data, and will (I hope/expect!) talk about
anonymisation, risk assessments, etc.
