The deadline for submission of papers and sessions for SciDataCon 2014 is near! We invite submissions by 16 June: http://www.scidatacon2014.org/submissions
The International Conference on Data Sharing and Integration for Global Sustainability (SciDataCon) is motivated by the conviction that the most significant research challenges – and in particular the pressing issues relating to global sustainability – cannot be properly addressed without due attention to various issues relating to data.
SciDataCon proposes, therefore, a conference with a distinct identity which highlights the data issues at the heart of important research questions. See more about the conference themes and topics at http://www.scidatacon2014.org/submissions
SciDataCon 2014 takes place in New Delhi on 2-5 November. It is co-organised by CODATA (the Committee on Data for Science and Technology of the International Council of Science), by ICSU-WDS (the International Council of Science's World Data System) and the Indian National Science Academy.
Registration is open at: http://www.scidatacon2014.org/registration
With very best wishes,
Simon.
On behalf of the Co-Chairs and International Scientific Programme Committee
