SB - Drupal would work with plugins, but maintenance of the platform
(minimizing admin) will be a factor over the long run, and admin of Drupal
can be a challenge for the uninitiated.
Adam - You're quite right I believe. This is my first experience with a
CRM, oddly enough, so I was not even aware of the term.
Civcrm looks promising... Since they are aiming at a new membership drive
and hoping to grow, the pledge and membership management functions are
critical. I've been looking at https://open.crowdtilt.com/ which is heavy
on the funding infrastructure and light on membership services, but there's
a spectrum...
As a reference point, the one they're starting with is
http://groupspaces.com/
I appreciate these very much; any others ppl have had particularly good
experiences with?
