The eGoverment strategy is developed jointly by the Danish government
(represented by the Agency of Digitalization), Danish Regions and Local
Government Denmark (association of municipalities). It should be due
medio 2015. It's likely that there will be some kind of official hearing
however to have influence one need to influence the process in its very
early stages. This happens as ordinary lobby-work: through informal
(long term) contacts to civil servants; by attending meeting where
representatives of relevant organizations are present; by presenting
ideas that are reasonable seen from the perspective of the
decision-makers etc. Open Knowledge Denmark and others has been invited
to an informal coffee-meeting at the Agency of Digitalization (taking
place tomorrow morning) to discuss the eGovernement strategy, to have a
say we need to be prepared and present good arguments.
