Hello all,

I agree with Cédric here.
The idea is interesting indeed - I am myself an Ubuntu member, recently
promoted - although it would be very difficult to apply to OKFN due to its
complexity and its operations.

Although, I am keen on improving this idea and see if there is a possible
fit in the future. This could enhance the number of regular contributors,
as well as increasing the percentage of retained users/contributors.
