Hi All,

Data Wrangler based near London? The data needs you!

Next week - on 29th April, Nesta will be holding an event to bring together
techies with *voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations - to
help to work out how to maximise the impact of the work these organisations
are doing.*

There's been quite a large turnout on the NGO front and we're expecting
around 100 organisations to be there.

The School of Data team will be running a hands-on session in the afternoon
(Called a Data Expedition) to help people to get to grips with their data.
In order to make the sessions as useful as possible, we would love a few
extra hands so that we can make the groups as small as possible.

How it will work: The organisations have highlighted a few key datasets and
questions they would like to answer using data, we'll be shortlisting a few
of the best, clearest questions and spending a couple of hours going
through simple tools and techniques to help them work with the data.

*So - if you are a data wrangler and in or around London on 29th April and
interested in joining our small army of expedition leaders* - please drop
me a line and we can talk more :)

It looks like it's going to be a really useful day!

All the best,

Lucy
