[OKFN-EN] Lincoln missing from UK cities census

Rufus,

Actually that's a can of worms on what is missing. You also don't have Truro, which is a city and the capital of Cornwall.

Also, several places are towns. So, why not places like Eastbourne (100k population). 
There I have been asking the questions about open data, to which the council leader looks like i'm talking French.

Happy to try to populate the data for there though, to prove my point to the council, that it is a phenomena that is happening :)
