Very true. The first pass list of cities was, I think, just a list of all
cities in the UK with more than 200k population.

that's great! (that you are asking questions). I guess my concern here is
that we could systematically add all towns >= 100k but we'd end up with a
lot of cities (my guess is ~200 (?)). I'd prefer we add one by one as we
have people who are interested in looking up the data for those cities.
