[Okfn-fi] About names: OKFN vs. OK Finland/Suomi

Hi all,

Thanks for the clarification, Jussi - and Juha for changing things around -
but I should note that your changes don't necessarily have to be as drastic
as it may have sounded :)

To summarise: It's still totally fine to use OKFN-FI when necessary for
your interactions. However, for legal reasons we just have to say that
local meetups are organised by the "OKFN Finland Local Group" instead of
the "OKFN Finland Chapter".

I hope that makes more sense. It is still fine to use OKFN-FI in branding
now (Twitter, on Facebook, on the fi.okfn.org website) but we'll just call
it a "Local Group of the OKFN", not a Chapter.

That being said, I do hope that you will soon be a Chapter anyways, so that
these semantics won't matter!

:) Kat
