[OKFN-FR] Civil enforcement of intellectual property rights: EU public consultation

Hi All, Rayna, new member of OKFN France, pointed out to us the EU
consultation on Intellectual Property Rights
<http://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/consultations/2012/intellectual-property-rights_en.htm>which
is closing on the 30th of March.
Does the OKFN want to respond to that consultation ?

I am not sure what is the best mailing list to discuss that topic, so sorry
for cross posting.
